1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "fh999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the fh999 online gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://fh999.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses fh999 in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration with fh999.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

4 Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one fh999 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, on the same or different devices, or using the same or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. fh999 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, outstanding bonuses cancelled, and winnings arising from bonus play may be forfeited.

Account Credentials

Account Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fh999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fh999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your fh999 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Mobile banking deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within seconds.
• fh999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. fh999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• fh999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected pending investigation.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fh999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the registration process and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Eligible Games

Not all games on fh999 contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are set out in the terms of each individual promotion. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% of stakes placed towards wagering requirements, while live table games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate. Players should review promotion-specific terms before commencing wagering with bonus funds.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

fh999 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and permanent exclusion from the fh999 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on fh999.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any fh999 game or system feature.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event through match-fixing or any other unlawful means.
• Using the fh999 platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or verification.
• Creating accounts for individuals who are under the age of 21 or who are subject to self-exclusion.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or fh999 staff through any communication channel.

fh999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where fraudulent or criminal activity is identified. Any winnings arising from prohibited conduct will be void and the player's account will be closed permanently.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the fh999 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and the arrangement of all such elements — is the proprietary property of fh999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fh999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any fh999 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any fh999 software.
• Use fh999 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the fh999 platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of fh999 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access to the platform and may give rise to legal proceedings.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

fh999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using fh999, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

fh999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions. fh999 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance via the platform or support channels.

11 Termination & Suspension

fh999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is detected or suspected.
• The player is found to be ineligible (e.g., under the age of 21 or subject to self-exclusion).
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires fh999 to restrict or terminate the account.
• The player requests voluntary self-exclusion through fh999's responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fh999 reserves the right to withhold any balance or winnings pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any legitimate Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your fh999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded following satisfactory completion of identity verification.

12 Amendments to Terms

fh999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fh999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by publishing a notice on the fh999 platform or sending a communication to the email address registered to your account.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

13 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fh999's internal complaints process should be escalated in writing to [email protected], clearly marked as a formal complaint.

fh999 will acknowledge formal written complaints within 5 business days and will endeavour to issue a final response within 28 calendar days of receipt. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the complaints process, you retain any legal rights available to you under applicable law.
